Weng Shihong  is a PhD candidate at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), Fudan University.  He is a PhD student at the Graduate School of Global Politics, Freie Universität Berlin, since September 2011. His dissertation is on "The Influence of the NPOs on the Basic Educational Aid in China:From a Holistic Governance Perspective".  His major research fields include: Global Governance, Public Education Policy, and NPOs.
