Chun-Yang Chen is a doctoral candidate at the Graduate School of Global Politics at Freie Universität Berlin. Prof. Dr. Miranda Schreurs is his supervisor. He studies in the fields of international environmental politics, international political economy, and comparative politics. Chen was born and raised in Taiwan. He received his BA from National Taiwan University and holds two MAs, from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and National Chengchi University respectively. In 2008, he interned for three months with the European Economic and Trade Office, which represents the European Commission in Taiwan.
