Xinlei Li is a PhD candidate at the Freie Universität Berlin’s Graduate School of Global Politics. Her research focuses on policies to promote renewable energies (RES) in Germany and China (especially wind power production), using theoretical perspectives from the ecological modernization, innovation diffusion and advocacy coalition literature.
