Professor for Effects of FDI on China’s technological progress
Prof. Zhu is professor of economics at the Quantitative Economics Research Centre at Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences(SASS). He has been working as Deputy Director of the Institute of Economicy at SASS. His research areas are econometrics theory and methods application including quantile regression and spatial econometrics. Moreover, his empirical work focuses on spillovers of innovation in science and technology, in particular the role of government science and technology policies on enterprise innovation activities. He has published over 30 papers in domestic and abroad authoritative scholarly periodicals.
